Problem to solve

The plant enables the purification and selective separation of target gases from gas mixtures. The plant, designed for biogas upgrading, can also be used for the treatment or purification of gas mixtures using commercial or experimental membranes under significant operating conditions (flow rate, pressure). It also allows for experimentation with PSA technology or polymeric membranes.

Description

The plant designed to operate up to 40 bar consists of piping equipped with pneumatic valves and flow meters on the different lines; up to two holders can be used to house tubular membranes. It is equipped with a purification section with activated carbon or other absorbent materials and is complete with a screw compressor in atex execution for a flow rate of 75 kg/h at 20 bar.
