Problem to solve
To build or upgrade the experimental research facility, it is necessary that the electrical power part, the data acquisition part and the control software are closely related and work in synergy in order to allow the correct operation of the facility. For this reason, it is important that there is a service that takes charge of all the activities starting from the initial analysis of the facility up to the final construction and commissioning in order to verify the correct operation of all parts of the facility.
Description
The service for the creation of data acquisition and control systems for experimental research plants aims to create (with the support of external suppliers for the electrical panels wiring) all the electrical and control parts necessary for the correct functioning of the experimental research plants, starting from the initial analysis of the plant requirements, through the creation of technical documentation to wire the electrical cabinets, then proceeding with the wiring between the electrical cabinets to the power and control components, creation of the data acquisition and control system software, and finally proceeding with the commissioning and putting into service of the facility itself by carrying out all the metrological checks that the department's quality system requires. The activities described above can be carried out both on new plants and on existing plants that need an upgrade in order to create new experimental campaigns.
